Marketing Campaign Coordinator

This is a highly organized and detail-oriented role, ideal for a professional who can assist in coordinating marketing campaigns, analyzing data, managing email campaigns, and supporting content planning across channels.

Key aspects of the job include developing and executing marketing campaigns (email, social media, PPC, SEO), managing email marketing campaigns (Mailchimp, ActiveCampaign, HubSpot), conducting market research and competitor analysis, creating marketing reports and tracking campaign performance, assisting in content creation and proofreading for blogs, newsletters, and ads, managing digital assets and marketing materials, and supporting paid advertising efforts (Google Ads, Facebook Ads).

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • At least 1 year of experience as a Virtual Assistant, with a focus on marketing management and remote work.
  • Experience in email marketing, campaign management, and content planning.
  • Proficiency in marketing automation tools such as HubSpot, Mailchimp, or ActiveCampaign.
  • Familiarity with AI productivity tools - preferred but not required.
  • Strong skills in project management software (e.g., Asana, Trello, ClickUp).
  • Excellent English communication skills - both written and verbal.
  • Strong general business support skills, including administrative assistance, calendar and schedule management, email and inbox handling, and basic documentation and reporting.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and ability to work independently.
