Home-Based Accounting Specialist

We are seeking a skilled and experienced accounting professional to handle core accounting responsibilities in a home-based setting.

About the Role:
  • Manage accounts payable, accounts receivable, royalty reporting, and financial support tasks.
  • Enter supplier invoices into QuickBooks and Syncore.
  • Prepare weekly check runs based on cash flow forecasts.
  • Generate client invoices upon order completion.
  • Conduct routine collection follow-ups and issue past-due notices and statements.
  • Manage royalty entry and submissions.
  • Assist in the preparation of year-end financial statements.
  • Evaluate and resolve accounting discrepancies.

To succeed in this role, you must have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. You should also possess strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.

This is a full-time position that requires a minimum of 3 years of accounting experience in a professional setting. Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks and strong Microsoft Excel skills are necessary. Familiarity with other accounting systems and platforms is also beneficial.
