We are seeking a results-driven leader to head our financial operations and guide the company's long-term financial planning and performance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Direct all aspects of the company's financial operations, including accounting, budgeting, forecasting, analysis, and treasury management.
  • Develop and implement financial strategies aligned with organizational goals.
  • Provide timely and accurate financial reporting to executive teams and boards.
  • Manage cash flow, capital structure, and financing strategies to support business growth.
  • Oversee financial audits, tax compliance, and regulatory requirements.
  • Assess financial risks and opportunities, and provide guidance on cost reduction and profitability improvement.
  • Develop key performance indicators (KPIs) and performance metrics to monitor financial health.
  • Lead and mentor the finance team, fostering a culture of accountability and excellence.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (MBA or CPA preferred).
  • 8–10+ years of progressive finance leadership experience, preferably including time as a CFO or VP of Finance.
  • Deep understanding of corporate financial law, accounting principles, and financial modeling.
  • Proven experience in strategic financial planning, budgeting, and risk management.
  • Exceptional analytical, leadership, and communication skills.
  • Experience working with executive teams and boards, including investor relations if applicable.
