The Transition Lead will oversee end-to-end knowledge and process transfer from onshore to offshore/nearshore locations. This role requires project management, stakeholder management, and process transformation skills to ensure seamless transitions with minimal disruption.

Job Overview

This role involves managing financial services and accounting process migrations. Key responsibilities include:

  1. Process Standardization and Efficiency Improvements:
  • Identify areas for improvement and implement process standardization during migration.
  • Work with technology teams to ensure seamless integration of digital tools and automation.
Stakeholder & Change Management:
  • Act as a bridge between onshore and offshore teams, ensuring effective communication.
  • Collaborate with finance, accounting, IT, and operations teams to ensure alignment.
Performance & Governance:
  • Define and monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for transition success.
  • Provide real-time coaching and feedback for opportunities identified by new hires.
