Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Transition Senior Manager/Manager to lead and manage end-to-end transitions for Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) processes. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in healthcare outsourcing, transition management, and stakeholder engagement, ensuring seamless migrations of RCM processes with minimal disruptions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage RCM transitions, including process migration, knowledge transfer, and stabilization.
  • Develop and execute detailed transition plans, ensuring alignment with client expectations and business goals.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure seamless implementation and execution of transition activities.
  • Identify risks and mitigation strategies to address potential challenges in the transition process.
  • Monitor project milestones, timelines, and budgets, ensuring timely completion and quality delivery.
  • Provide leadership and direction to transition teams, including training, performance monitoring, and process optimization.
  • Conduct process mapping, gap analysis, and workflow enhancements to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Manage client communications, reporting, and expectations throughout the transition lifecycle.
  • Work closely with IT, compliance, and operations teams to ensure regulatory and security standards are met.
  • Drive continuous improvements and best practices in transition management within the RCM domain.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, or a related field. MBA preferred.
  • 8+ years of experience in RCM transitions within the healthcare BPO/KPO industry.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale transitions for healthcare clients.
  • Strong understanding of RCM processes, including medical billing, coding, denials management, and payment posting.
  • Experience in process migration, project management, and stakeholder engagement.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and project management tools.
  • Willingness to work in a night shift to align with US client operations.

Preferred Skills:

  • PMP or Six Sigma certification is a plus.
  • Experience with healthcare software such as EPIC, Athena, Waystar, or similar platforms.
  • Familiarity with HIPAA and compliance regulations in healthcare outsourcing.
