About Us

We are seeking a skilled Strategic Procurement Manager to drive our e-commerce business forward. This is an exciting opportunity for a strategic thinker who can help us grow our supplier network and expand our product offerings.

You will be responsible for identifying, sourcing, and securing new suppliers by negotiating and finalizing supply agreements. You will also manage the onboarding process for all new suppliers and maintain accurate product catalogs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and secure new suppliers through negotiations and contract finalization.
  • Manage the onboarding process for all new suppliers, ensuring seamless integration into our system.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date product catalogs, including complex pricing structures.

Operational Excellence:

  • Coordinate logistics and fulfillment to ensure timely delivery of products.
  • Monitor platform operations to guarantee a seamless customer experience and quickly resolve any issues that may arise.

Performance & Reporting:

  • Track and analyze key business metrics, such as profit margins, COGS, stock levels, and lead times.
  • Prepare and present performance reports to stakeholders with actionable insights and recommendations.

Requirements:

For this role, we are looking for someone with proven experience in procurement, sourcing, or supplier management, preferably within an e-commerce environment. The ideal candidate should possess exceptional negotiation and communication skills, strong analytical abilities, and proficiency in using spreadsheets and CRM tools.
