Financial Operations Manager Job Description:

We are seeking a meticulous and organized professional to oversee financial operations, including credit card transactions.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Credit Card Management:
    • Monitor and record credit card transactions, ensuring accurate categorization.
    • Reconcile credit card statements with accounting records to identify discrepancies.
    • Manage payment schedules to avoid late fees and maintain company credit health.
  • Bookkeeping Duties:
    • Maintain and update financial records, including accounts payable and receivable.
    • Record daily transactions in accounting software like QuickBooks or Xero.
    • Assist in preparing financial statements, such as profit and loss reports and balance sheets.
  • Expense Tracking:
    • Track and validate employee credit card usage, adhering to company policies.
    • Organize and maintain receipts for all credit card expenses.
    • Analyze spending patterns to provide insights for cost-saving opportunities.
  • Financial Reporting and Compliance:
    • Generate reports detailing credit card expenses and transactions for management review.
    • Ensure compliance with company financial policies and accounting regulations.
  • Other Duties:
    • Assist with month-end and year-end closing processes.
    • Support audits by providing detailed transaction records and reconciliations.
