About the Role:
- Responsible for maintaining financial records and reports.
- Prepare and process payments with precision.
- Enter invoices into the accounting system accurately.
- Support with month-end close activities to ensure seamless financial operations.
Key Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related field preferred.
- Experience in an accounting clerk or similar role with knowledge of accounts payable, accounts receivable, and Excel/Google sheets processes.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices (GAAP).
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and financial transactions.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks & Xero) and Advanced formula proficiency in Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets.
