Job Summary:

As a Customer Service Representative at Global Coordination Center Limited, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional customer experiences and driving sales growth. This position requires a strong English (American) accent and experience in sales, with a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets. You will be responsible for conducting outbound sales calls, building and maintaining strong customer relationships, and providing accurate and timely information about our products/services to clients. Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct outbound sales calls to potential clients and leads.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets and goals.
  • Provide accurate and timely information about our products/services to clients.
  • Handle client inquiries, objections, and concerns effectively.
  • Keep detailed records of all sales activities in our CRM system.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to achieve overall company objectives.

Requirements:
  • Proven experience in sales (prior experience in BPO is a plus).
  • Strong English (American) accent.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Ability to work night shifts and day shifts.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work independently.
  • Highly motivated and target driven.
  • Positive attitude and a willingness to learn and adapt.
