Job Title: Project Manager

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Project Manager to lead our projects forward. The ideal candidate will possess excellent leadership skills, be able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and have a strong understanding of project management principles.

  • Client-focused with good communication, organization and time management skills to manage both clients and internal departments.
  • Ensure effective and efficient delivery of fast turnaround projects.
  • Key point of contact for global client, creative agency and internal teams including Creative, Content Production, Audio, Digital, Print and Business Affairs teams.
  • Understanding of digital communications and media channels is necessary.
  • Financial responsibilities include preparing cost estimates with support from other departments.
  • Deliver against all contractual obligations, commercial arrangements, KPIs with the Client.

Qualifications:

  • At least 5 years in an advertising/production environment as a Project Manager.
  • Client services experience managing global clients with their projects.
  • Experience managing small, fast turnaround projects and ability to collaborate with creative team.
  • Strong level of adaptability and prioritization skills.
  • High level of organization skills, attention to details, and communication skills.
