Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct thorough bank reconciliations to ensure accuracy in financial records.
  • Efficiently manage Accounts Payable (A/P) and Accounts Receivable (A/R).
  • Prepare accurate and timely financial reports for internal and external use.
  • Provide detailed and clear financial information to investors.
  • Utilize specialized software for various property accounting tasks and data management.
  • Collaborate with the in-house team to ensure high-quality accounting services.
  • Communicate effectively with staff, managers, and external stakeholders.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest accounting regulations and best practices.
  • Assist in other property accounting duties as required.
Requirements:
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Able to meet strict deadlines
  • Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills
  • Effective communication skills with a problem-solving attitude
  • Deep knowledge of accounting regulations and procedures
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
  • Proven experience as a Property Accountant
  • Strong verbal, written, and English communication skills
