As an Insurance Underwriting Associate at Genfinity, you will play a crucial role in the pre-processing and data entry of submissions received through our inbox. Your primary responsibility will be to monitor our submission inbox where submission information is sent to us by broker partners via email. After receiving these emails, you will determine if all required documents were provided. If not, you will communicate with the broker about what's missing to complete the submission process.
The ideal candidate should have a graduate degree from a related field and a minimum of 1-2 years of experience in insurance underwriting or administrative roles. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with Salesforce (SFDC) or other CRM systems are necessary. Excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple submissions simultaneously are highly valued.
