Knowledgebase Governance Specialist

The primary focus of this position is to ensure the continued health and effectiveness of a knowledge base. This involves analyzing data, identifying areas for improvement, and developing innovative solutions.

This role requires a seasoned technical writer with excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. The ideal candidate will have experience in creating engaging online content and a deep understanding of applying formatting techniques to make important information stand out.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain a knowledge base that is easily accessible and provides accurate information to users.
  • Analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement, and develop strategies to address these issues.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistency and alignment across different systems and processes.
  • Design and implement training programs to enhance the skills of team members and improve overall performance.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, and apply this knowledge to improve the knowledge base and associated processes.
Requirements
  • Strong writing and communication skills, with the ability to create engaging online content.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and develop effective solutions.
  • Experience in a similar role, preferably in a knowledge management or documentation environment.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment, with strong collaboration and interpersonal skills.
  • Familiarity with relevant software applications and tools, such as MS Word, MS Excel, and Windows XP.
