- Brief understanding of Microsoft Office Suite is required.
- Familiarity with Windows operating systems is a plus.
- High reliability with regular attendance and punctuality is expected.
- Aptitude for conflict resolution, problem-solving, and negotiation is essential.
- Customer service orientation is vital.
- Ability to multitask, stay focused, and self-manage is necessary.
- Strong team orientation and customer focus are required.
This position operates in a professional office setting. The employee will be largely sedentary and may be required to sit or stand for extended periods while using a computer and telephone headset.
