Key Responsibilities
  1. Translate business requirements into scalable, secure, and high-performance technical solutions.
  2. Design and develop integrations between customer experience platforms, CRM systems, and external applications via APIs and middleware.
  3. Perform root cause analysis to ensure system reliability, security, and compliance.
  4. Maintain accurate technical documentation, code repositories, and configuration records.
Requirements
  • Demonstrated experience in a systems integrator or consultancy environment.
  • Proven experience building and consuming APIs (REST, SOAP, Node-Express, etc.).
  • Experience building custom Web Components for Salesforce Lightning, NetSuite, or similar.
  • Practical understanding of contact centre platforms (Genesys Cloud CX, Cisco Webex Contact Centre, Zoom Contact Centre).
  • Experience with security and networking concepts including SSL/TLS certificates, Firewalls, load balancers, VPNs, and SSO integration (SAML/OAuth).
  • Familiarity with Windows Server, Linux environments, and cloud-hosted architectures.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking abilities.
  • Proven ability to deliver projects in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment.
  • Adaptable and eager to learn new technologies and platforms quickly.
  • Collaborative team player who also thrives with autonomy and accountability.
  • Excellent communication skills for working with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
