About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Senior Full Stack Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our engineering department, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying innovative features that drive business growth and customer satisfaction.

Your primary focus will be on building and maintaining high-quality software solutions that meet the evolving needs of our customers. You will work closely with our product and design teams to gather requirements, translate them into technical specifications, and implement effective solutions.

As a seasoned engineer, you will mentor junior team members, contribute to code reviews, and ensure that our development processes are aligned with industry best practices.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and develop high-quality software solutions using Ruby and other relevant technologies
  • Maintain and enhance existing software applications to ensure scalability, performance, and reliability
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications
  • Conduct thorough testing and code reviews to ensure adherence to quality standards
  • Mentor junior engineers and provide guidance on best practices and technical expertise
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need to possess a strong combination of technical expertise, business acumen, and interpersonal skills. We are looking for someone who can demonstrate:

  • A minimum of 6 years of experience in software development, with a strong focus on full-stack engineering
  • Proven expertise in server-side and RESTful API development, with a solid understanding of software design patterns and principles
  • Proficiency in at least one programming language, such as Ruby, Python, or TypeScript
  • Familiarity with Agile development methodologies and version control systems like Git
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders
  • A strong passion for learning, sharing knowledge, and mentoring team members
