We are seeking a professional to elevate our brand and drive growth. This role blends digital marketing execution with brand design ownership, ensuring every communication is delivered on time, on brand, and driving results.

The ideal candidate will have proven experience in digital marketing, particularly in campaign setup, workflows, and analytics. They will also possess strong skills in Canva and Adobe/InDesign tools for both digital and print design.

Key Responsibilities:

  • ">
  • Deliver 2 high-quality newsletters per month (for clients and leads).">
  • Build and optimize campaigns, workflows, forms, and landing pages.">
  • Report on performance (open rate, CTR, subscriber growth).">

Brand Design Ownership:

  • ">
  • Create and publish a minimum of 8 social posts per month (mix of thought leadership and brand content).">
  • Collaborate with the video editor on video posts.">
  • Write, format, and publish 1 blog each month to the website.">
  • Produce 1 case study each month with the input of the delivery team.">

Lead Operations:

  • ">
  • Import leads from Predictive Index three times per week.">
  • Research ICP fit of all leads and provide lead scoring & notes for the BDM.">

Reporting & Optimization:

  • ">
  • Submit a monthly marketing performance report covering campaigns, newsletters, leads, social, and YouTube.">
  • Recommend 1 idea each month for optimization or creative experimentation.">

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Digital Marketing Skills: Proven experience in campaign setup, workflows, and analytics.">
  • Design Expertise: Strong skills in Canva and Adobe/InDesign tools for both digital and print design.">
