Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Production and Quality Control:

  • Lead the operations of the batch plant to meet production targets, product quality, and delivery schedules.

  • Solve problems affecting process and equipment operation.
  • Identify and record product quality issues.

2. Process Improvements:

3. Personnel Management:

  • Supervise workers during plant operations.
  • Ensure adherence to plans and programs.

4. Safety Compliance:

  • Implement plant regulations on safety work permits for critical jobs.
  • Conduct toolbox meetings focusing on operational and safety concerns.
  • Identify and correct hazards.
  • Conduct safety audits and reports with the Safety Officer.
