We are seeking an exceptional operations professional to take ownership of our online program. As Operations Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day delivery and administration of our 6-week expert-led program.

About The Role

This is a central operations role where you will run the entire program backend from setup to live calls, participant support, and asset updates. You will coordinate directly with health coaches and guest experts, manage Zoom calls, edit video recordings, and handle updates to program resources.

  • You will be the only team member responsible for administration and delivery.
  • The program already exists, and we have run the first cohort; you will execute future deliveries and improve processes.
Key Responsibilities:
  • End-to-End Program Operations: Set up cohorts in Kajabi, manage weekly content drip, handle enrollment, survey tracking, and progress reporting.
  • Live Call Support & Group Coordination: Coordinate group calls with the health coach, set up Zoom links, send reminders, manage recordings, and post-call uploads.
  • Video & Resource Management: Edit and update videos, make light updates to PDFs and workbooks, organize and maintain assets in Google Drive.
  • Participant Support & Community Management: Answer emails and community messages with professionalism, direct clients to resources, monitor engagement, and flag drop-offs or disengaged participants.
  • Admin, QA, and Continuous Improvement: Regularly test and maintain program links, automations, and lesson sequencing, keep SOPs up to date, improve processes, collect testimonials, and update the website.
Requirements:
  • 3+ years of experience managing operations for online programs, courses, or memberships.
  • Strong Kajabi experience (or similar LMS), confident using Descript, Canva, Zoom, Google Workspace, Typeform, Stripe, and excellent English communication skills.
