Job Opportunity

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Packaging Designer Coordinator. This role involves assisting the development of product packaging by working closely with the Creative team to create functional, brand-aligned, and visually appealing solutions.

Responsibilities
  • Creative Asset Development & Execution
  • Prepare print-ready artwork alongside the Compliance team to ensure all brand guidelines, legal requirements, and deadlines are met.
  • Adapt existing packaging designs across formats, sizes, and product lines.
  • Support the development and refinement of packaging assets to ensure consistency across all touchpoints.
  • Work closely with the Product Development and Compliance teams to create new and updated packaging that aligns with regulatory requirements.
  • Share design drafts and packaging mockups for review and feedback.
  • Brand Consistency & Optimization
  • Maintain brand guidelines and ensure all creative outputs adhere to established standards.
  • Refine design templates and asset libraries for improved efficiency.
  • Team Contribution
  • Ensure the Creative team has access to necessary resources within DB and Bynder.
  • Support communication flow to keep the team informed about new products.
  • Research trends, materials, and competitor packaging for inspiration.
Qualifications
  • 1-2 years of relevant experience in packaging design, preferably with at least 1 year in a coordinator or similar role.
  • Intermediate proficiency in design software, preferably Adobe Illustrator. Experience with Photoshop is strongly preferred.
  • Demonstrated experience in packaging design for DTC and Retail is preferred; CPG experience also a plus.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to manage multiple projects with competing deadlines.
  • Excellent collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to present creative ideas effectively.
