About the Role:

The Contract Management Specialist role involves overseeing the full contract review process, ensuring thorough reviews by Legal and internal experts.

This position serves as the primary contact point, facilitating communication between client leaders, Legal, and subject matter experts.

Key responsibilities include project managing internal discussions around client contracts, directing documents to reviewers, and following up on feedback according to Service Level Agreements.

Additionally, this role provides support in contract negotiation, ensuring Legal provides information on non-negotiable terms, flexible terms, and reasons for flexibility.

The Contract Management Specialist ensures the tiered approvals process is followed and collaborates with COE Leaders for CAC approval when required.

This role champions the utilization of a CLMS and follows best practices in engagement with SMEs.

Closely working with Sales Operations, Client Leads, Legal, ICS, LOBs, COEs, and other SMEs is essential.

Accurate tracking and delivery of client-ready versions after all reviews are complete is also crucial.

Qualifications:
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in contract management
  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, economics, data analytics, communications, or a related field
  • Ability to organize, maintain, and manage processes
  • Strong project management and analytical skills with successful communication across multiple stakeholder groups
  • Problem-solving and creative thinking skills
  • Collaboration with teams across segments, functions, and geographies
  • High business acumen
  • Influence key stakeholders at all levels of the organization
