As a seasoned expert in software development, we are seeking an accomplished professional to spearhead the creation and deployment of sophisticated applications. This individual will leverage cutting-edge AI tools to optimize efficiency and code quality.

The Role

This is a key position in our distributed team, responsible for delivering critical features that support advertiser compliance at scale. You will be working with a lean and agile team to build, optimize, and maintain platform features.

  • Developing production-grade code in Python (Flask) and React
  • Supporting sprint milestones by building, optimizing, and maintaining platform features
  • Integrating with backend task orchestration using Celery and AI-driven workflows using Crew AI
  • Working independently, while syncing with team lead and the broader product team.
  • Owning your output and maintaining momentum across multiple sprint cycles

This is a hands-on role for someone who thrives in async teams, can hit the ground running, and prioritizes velocity without compromising code quality.

You're a calm, focused contributor who enjoys working across the stack and knows how to unblock yourself or others without waiting for standups.

Flexibility is essential as you'll collaborate with teams worldwide and commit to 30–40 hours/week (with some flexibility).

Requirements
  • 5+ years of full-stack experience
  • Python (Flask) – solid production experience
  • React – can build and maintain dynamic frontends
  • Familiarity with Celery for async task management
  • Strong async communicator; can manage own time and unblock sprint delivery
  • Comfortable working in distributed teams and adapting to existing codebases

Bonus Skills

  • Experience with Crew AI or similar AI orchestration tools
  • Familiarity with Numpy or other scientific Python packages
  • Understanding of advertising, compliance, or regulated platforms
  • Experience in high-trust, fast-delivery consulting or startup environments
