Senior React Developer Position

We are seeking an experienced Senior React Developer to join our growing team. As a key member of our development squad, you will be responsible for the maintenance and enhancement of our cutting-edge AI-powered platform.

The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of React.js and modern JavaScript/TypeScript development environments. Strong problem-solving and debugging skills, as well as excellent communication skills, are essential for this role.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Investigate and troubleshoot user-reported issues related to the AI agentic development platform.
  • Provide technical support to users building full-stack apps (React frontend + Python/FastAPI backend).
  • Reproduce bugs, analyze stack traces, and identify possible root causes.
  • Research and understand technical problems encountered by non-technical users.
  • Communicate solutions clearly to both technical and non-technical users.
  • Collaborate with engineering and product teams to relay feedback and improve the user experience.
Requirements:
  • At least 1 year of experience with React.js in a modern JavaScript/TypeScript development environment.
  • Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.
  • Good communication skills; English level B2 or higher.
  • Ability to work night shifts and occasional holidays (on rotation).
  • Willingness to visit Cebu or Manila office in emergency situations (very rare).
  • Comfortable using tools like Git, terminal, browser dev tools, etc.
