We are seeking a senior specialist to support our commercial operations, focusing on deal velocity and compliance.
This role requires a detail-oriented professional with a passion for process improvement and problem-solving skills.
Fulfill sales orders and complex deals efficiently, ensuring accuracy and adherence to company policies.
Collaborate closely with the sales team as a trusted advisor, providing expert guidance on contract compliance, deal structure, and internal approval processes.
Proactively engage with cross-functional teams like Finance, Legal, and Revenue Recognition to expedite urgent and exceptional deals.
Analyze and resolve pre-signature inquiries and sales-related support tickets to maintain a smooth deal flow.
Contribute to root cause analysis for escalated deals to prevent future roadblocks.
Monitor individual performance metrics (SLAs) to ensure timely and high-quality service delivery.
Participate in ad-hoc projects focused on data analysis and process improvement under senior team member guidance.
2-4 years of experience in sales operations, order management, billing, or deal desk support within BPO, IT, or software industries.
General knowledge of sales cycle processes and contract compliance.
Demonstrated proficiency with CRM tools, especially Salesforce.
A keen eye for detail, strong organizational skills, and commitment to accuracy.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, working effectively with various stakeholders.
