At Goodyear Dunlop Tires Germany GmbH, we are seeking an experienced Information Security and Access Control Specialist to join our Global IT Risk & Security team. This role is a fantastic opportunity for the right candidate to take on a key position within our organization.

As a member of our team, you will work closely with your colleagues and other parts of IT to develop, test, configure, install, and implement Identity and Access Management (IAM) solutions. We prefer candidates with experience in IAM products such as SailPoint and Microsoft Active Directory, and Microsoft Entra, but this is not a requirement. If you have skills in developing and configuring connectors to multiple applications, user provisioning, password management, certification, and role management, that would be great

This role requires a professional who can maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with care. You will participate in various cyber security projects as part of the team and lead smaller efforts when necessary. In addition to troubleshooting potential security problems reported by customers, systems, or team members, you will also assist in technical support for security related to third party software, operating systems, or databases.

The ideal candidate should possess a Bachelor's degree in MIS, Computer Science, Engineering, or Technology. Relevant technical know-how or business work experience in a global organization is essential. A good understanding of Windows, networking, IT security tools, and basic coding is required. Knowledge of SailPoint, Active Directory, and Microsoft Entra would be advantageous.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Troubleshoot potential security problems reported by customers, systems, or team members.
  • Participate in various cyber security projects as a team member and lead smaller efforts.
  • Assist in technical support of security related to third party software, operating systems, or databases.
  • Work with Deskside support, server administration and other parts of information technology to remediate security service incidents.
  • Use a log management tool (Splunk), develop search procedures and dashboards as required to identify and remediate cyber security or product incidents.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in MIS, Computer Science, Engineering, or Technology.
  • Relevant technical know-how or business work experience in a global organization.
  • Good knowledge of Windows, networking, IT security tools and basic coding.
  • Nice to have: SailPoint, Active Directory and Microsoft Entra.
  • Very good communication skills: Ability to convey complex and technical issues to diverse audiences.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Willingness to go on a night shift and hybrid work setup.
