This is a challenging and rewarding opportunity to join our team as an Identity and Access Management (IAM) Analyst. As an IAM Analyst, you will play a critical role in ensuring that user roles and access privileges are managed in accordance with established information security policies and standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • User Role Management: Manage user roles and access privileges to ensure compliance with information security policies and standards.
  • Operations Support: Provide support for operations, including weekends and public holidays on a rotational basis, as well as assigned on-call emergency support.
  • Incident Response: Handle complex requests and issues independently, utilizing your knowledge of security administration processes, practices, and policies.
  • Risk Management: Identify potential risks associated with cyber security and implement controls to mitigate these risks.

Qualifications:

  • Education: A Bachelor's degree holder with a minimum of 4+ years of experience in an Information Security role or related field.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Certifications: Relevant certifications in Information Security, such as CompTIA Security+, CISSP, or CEH, are highly desirable.
