We are currently seeking an experienced Operations Manager - Manufacturing to join our team. This role will be responsible for overseeing the production process, ensuring compliance with industry regulations, and driving continuous improvement initiatives.

The Operations Manager - Manufacturing will be responsible for:

• Supervising production personnel and manufacturing operations to ensure efficient and effective production processes;
• Implementing Good Laboratory Practices (GLP), Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), safety rules, and regulations;
• Ensuring adherence to manufacturing directions and protocols;
• Informing the Production Manager of any issues or concerns during operations;
• Identifying opportunities for process improvements to enhance productivity, efficiency, and cost-effectiveness;

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• A Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Food Technology, Chemical Engineering, or a related field;
• At least 2 years of supervisory experience in manufacturing settings, preferably in the food or pharmaceutical industry;
• Strong knowledge of GMP, GLP, ISO, and HACCP standards;
• Excellent analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills;
• Ability to work in a shifting schedule and adapt to changing priorities.
