Sydenham Laboratories Inc is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Manufacturing Operations Manager to lead our production team.

Job Description

The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising production personnel and ensuring the smooth operation of manufacturing and packaging processes. Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading and guiding production teams to achieve optimal productivity and efficiency
  • Maintaining high standards of quality and safety, adhering to Good Laboratory Practices (GLP) and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP)
  • Implementing process improvements to reduce costs and increase productivity
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be considered for this role, you must have:

  • A Bachelor's/College Degree in Industrial Engineering, Food Technology, or Chemical Engineering
  • At least 2 years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing setting, preferably in the food/pharmaceutical industry
  • Strong knowledge of GMP, GLP, ISO, and HACCP regulations
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and leadership skills
Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $80,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on experience, as well as opportunities for professional growth and development.
