We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Corporate Event Planner to join our team. As a key player in event planning and execution, this role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication abilities.
The ideal candidate will have at least 3-5 years of experience in event planning, MICE, or hospitality events, preferably in a luxury hotel, resort, or casino. A bachelor's degree in hospitality management, Business, Marketing, or a related field is also preferred.
Key responsibilities of the Corporate Event Planner include:
- Planning, organizing, and overseeing all types of events, including corporate functions, MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, and Exhibitions), social gatherings, and entertainment shows;
- Coordinating with internal teams, including Sales, F&B, Marketing, and Operations, to ensure smooth event execution;
- Conducting pre-event briefings and post-event evaluations to enhance future event performance;
- BUILDING and maintaining relationships with clients, event organizers, and corporate partners to secure repeat business;
