About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Virtual Events Coordinator at CallTek. As a key member of our events team, you will be responsible for planning and executing virtual events, conferences, and expositions. We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented individual who has experience in event planning and is proficient in digital tools.

Main Responsibilities:
  1. Event Planning:
    1. Develop and implement event strategies to achieve business objectives.
    2. Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure smooth event execution.
    3. Manage event logistics, including venue selection, catering, and audio-visual requirements.
    4. Plan and execute virtual booths, exhibitions, and other event components.
    5. Develop and distribute promotional materials, including banners, brochures, and email campaigns.
  2. Communication:
    1. Develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders, including speakers, sponsors, and attendees.
    2. Communicate event details, including schedules, agendas, and speaker information.
    3. Coordinate with speakers, moderators, and panelists to ensure smooth event execution.
  3. Post-Event Support:
    1. Follow up with attendees, speakers, and sponsors after the event.
    2. Collect feedback and evaluate event success.
    3. Share best practices and lessons learned with the team.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in event planning: 2+ years of experience managing virtual events, webinars, and expos.
  • Strong communication and project management skills.
  • Proficient in digital tools, including Zoom, HubSpot, and Asana.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
