About This Role

This senior cloud devops engineer position is an exciting opportunity for experienced professionals to join our team. We are seeking a motivated and collaborative individual with extensive experience in cloud infrastructure, automation, and continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Cloud Architecture: Design and implement scalable cloud architectures, particularly AWS, to meet business needs.
  • Automation and CI/CD: Develop and maintain automated pipelines integrating various tools for efficient software delivery.
  • Container Technologies: Manage and support container technologies like Docker and Kubernetes for enhanced scalability and flexibility.
  • Observability and Monitoring: Implement APM solutions such as New Relic and expertise in CloudWatch, syslogs, and other cloud analytics tools.
  • Infrastructure as Code: Automate repetitive tasks using IaC principles with Terraform, streamlining container and EC2 instance deployment.
  • Release Management: Support developers with release issues, build automated release frameworks, and integrate test automation into CI/CD processes.
  • Security and Compliance: Understand and apply AWS security best practices to protect infrastructure from potential threats.
Requirements
  • 5-10 years of experience in cloud computing, IT infrastructure, and related fields.
  • Certifications: Relevant certifications (e.g., AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert) are a plus.
  • Technical Proficiency: Strong working knowledge of DNS and security certificates, and their use in managing websites and securing services.
