Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced systems engineer to join our global support team. As a key member of this team, you will provide technical support to ensure our customers' games and their players stay online.

You will be the main point of contact for keeping some of the most prestigious games operational at all times, responding swiftly but articulately to customer requests and solving complicated technical issues on their behalf.

Responsibilities include ensuring a detailed understanding and troubleshooting of users' needs, responding to customer requests and tickets within contractually committed SLA, and connecting with third-party vendors to check, maintain or replace hardware.

Additional responsibilities include working with large game publishers and studios in a one-on-one setting, solving issues via video conferencing, and navigating difficult scenarios that may require working across multiple teams.

Key Requirements:

  • Experience with hosting/IaaS/cloud products and services in a customer-facing technical support capacity
  • Deep experience with Linux and Windows server administration, including SSH, remote desktop, and networking tracing tools
  • Experience with managing Cisco ISE environment
  • Comfortable supporting VMWare in a hyperconverged Cisco UCS environment
