Job Description

We are seeking a Digital Marketer to drive audiences growth and demand generation by creating engaging graphics and video-led content, while ensuring efficient marketing operations that enable sales success.

This role involves driving audience growth and engagement across both brands (followers, views, reach, engagement) through the creation of engaging content, graphics, and videos tailored for LinkedIn and digital platforms. It also includes managing the content calendar, including posts, case studies, one-pagers, proposals, decks, landing pages, and EDM copy, as well as maintaining and updating websites with light SEO optimisation (titles, thumbnails, UTMs).

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Excellent written English with the ability to produce clear, persuasive copy across channels.
  • Strong graphic design skills: expertise in Canva (preferred) and at least one of Figma/Adobe Illustrator/Photoshop.
  • Proficient in video editing tools (e.g., CapCut, Premiere) including captions, subtitles, and basic motion graphics.
  • Highly organised, with proven ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.
  • Experience with CMS platforms, UTM tracking, basic analytics (Google Analytics/LinkedIn), and presentation tools (PowerPoint/Canva).
