Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Quantitative Fieldwork Coordinator to join our team. As a Quantitative Fieldwork Coordinator, you will be responsible for the end-to-end recruitment process for quantitative and qualitative projects in the US market.

  • Conduct link setup, link testing, study invitation delivery via custom tools, exclusion list management, and incentive reconciliation.
  • Manage sampling for allocated projects from internal invites to custom recruitment.
  • Have an excellent understanding of project recruitment methodology for studies; coordinate with project assistants to best utilize available options for maximum results.
Responsibilities
  • Build a sampling plan for allocated projects.
  • Liaise with other teams to maximize internal sample resources via phone recruitment, custom emails, and other custom recruitment solutions.
  • Review projects regularly and inform project managers when internal sampling strategies have been exhausted.
  • Provide recruitment updates to the project management team upon request.
  • Engage alternative sampling strategies when internal panel samples are insufficient to reach total sample sizes of projects.
  • Track, monitor, and report on sampling performance at a project level.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent required.
  • Relevant coursework in market research or healthcare preferred but not required.
  • 0 - 1 year of market research experience.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
