● Gathering and analyzing data from various sources, including website and social media analytics, to measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and identify areas for improvement.

● Analyzing customer feedback from surveys and questionnaires to understand customer needs and preferences.

● Assisting in the planning and execution of promotional activities, including events, product launches, and presentations.

● Building and maintaining relationships with customers and external agencies, such as suppliers and partners.

● Supporting the marketing team in the implementation and optimization of marketing campaigns across various channels.

● Contributing creative ideas and strategies to marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness and drive customer engagement.

● Organizing and coordinating presentations and events, including logistics, venue selection, and speaker management.

● Providing support for promotional activities, such as distributing marketing materials, setting up displays, and interacting with customers.

● Assisting in the design and implementation of market research studies to gather insights about target audiences and competitors.

● Monitoring the performance of ongoing marketing campaigns, tracking key metrics, and making data-driven recommendations for optimization.

● Collaborating with creative teams, including designers and copywriters, to develop and produce marketing materials for both digital and print channels.

● Working with the marketing team to develop and implement innovative strategies to promote client brands and increase market share.

● Providing general administrative and project support to the marketing team, including scheduling meetings, preparing reports, and managing budgets.

● Coordinating promotional events and activities, such as trade shows, conferences, and community events, to enhance brand visibility and generate leads.

● Managing and updating social media accounts, including creating and curating content, scheduling posts, and engaging with followers.

● Collaborating with internal teams, including sales, product, and customer service, to ensure consistent brand messaging and positioning across all channels.

● Assisting in the creation of marketing materials, including brochures, flyers, and presentations, using design software and content management systems.

● Creating and distributing engaging content for social media platforms, including writing captions, responding to comments, and participating in online communities

● Perform other task that deemd necessary for the business
