Manpower (Philippines) is seeking a highly skilled Cybersecurity Director to join their team. As a key member of the organization, you will be responsible for developing and implementing security standards and best practices for products, services, and solutions.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of cybersecurity principles, practices, and standards, as well as experience in threat modeling, vulnerability assessment, and risk management. They will also possess excellent leadership skills, with the ability to guide and inspire teams towards achieving security goals.

In this role, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure security standards are understood and followed. You will also conduct regular research, reviews, and updates of security standards to keep pace with emerging threats and technological advancements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement security standards and best practices for products, services, and solutions.
  • Ensure that security standards are integrated into the established framework and implemented across the delivery pipeline and operations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure security standards are understood and followed.
  • Conduct regular research, reviews, and updates of security standards to keep pace with emerging threats and technological advancements.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to teams to achieve security goals.
