Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, Cybersecurity, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in cybersecurity, with a focus on threat modeling, vulnerability assessment, and risk management.
  • Proven track record of progressively responsible roles in security operations, engineering or architecture, with at least 3-5 years in a leadership position.
  • Experience in developing and implementing threat models and security standards in a complex technological environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop, implement, and maintain security standards and best practices for products, services, and solutions.
  • Ensure that security standards are integrated into the established framework and implemented across the delivery pipeline and operations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure security standards are understood and followed.
  • Conduct regular research, reviews and updates of security standards to keep pace with emerging threats and technological advancements.
  • Security Standards Documentation: Comprehensive documentation of security standards and best practices for products, services, and solutions.
  • Threat Models: Detailed threat models identifying potential threats and vulnerabilities in solutions, software, and systems. Regularly updated threat models reflecting the latest threat intelligence and data analysis.
  • Cybersecurity & Fraud Principles: In-depth understanding of cybersecurity principles, practices, and standards.
  • Threat Modeling Techniques: Expertise in various threat modeling methodologies and frameworks.
  • Risk Management: Strong understanding of risk management principles and practices.
  • Security Standards: Knowledge of industry security standards and regulations.
  • Analytical Thinking: Strong analytical skills to identify and evaluate potential threats and vulnerabilities.
  • Problem-Solving: Excellent problem-solving skills to develop effective security solutions and mitigation strategies.
  • Communication: Outstanding verbal and written communication skills to convey complex security information clearly and effectively.
  • Leadership: Proven leadership skills to guide and inspire teams towards achieving security goals.
  • Collaboration: Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
  • Project Management: Strong project management skills to oversee and coordinate security initiatives and projects.
