We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Logistics Operations Manager to join our team. As a key member of our logistics department, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the receiving team, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities
  • Organize and coordinate the daily work content of the receiving team position.
  • Formulate the work specification process of this group position to ensure standardization, timely delivery, and accuracy of documents.
  • Train new employees on daily work content.
  • Record customer arrivals and arrange personnel operations in advance.
  • Follow up on daily receiving progress and abnormal situations, providing feedback on receiving reports.
  • Connect with customers to handle arrival exceptions and provide value-added services.
  • Rational allocation of receiving platform usage to avoid conflicts.
  • Manage assets in the receiving area to prevent losses.
  • Cordially cooperate with suppliers and delivery personnel.
  • Maintain 6S in the area under responsibility.
  • Review and maintain supplier delivery orders.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or above.
  • Logistics, management, supply chain, or related majors.
  • No gender restrictions, 23-35 years old.
  • More than 5 years of industry experience, more than 3 years of e-commerce warehouse management experience.
  • Proficient in WORD, EXCEL, PPT, and other office software.
  • Prioritizing applicants with B2C/B2B warehouse experience, such as eBay, Taobao, Tmall, JD.com, etc.
  • Preferred experience in e-commerce and beauty product warehouse management, peer management, and familiar with WMS system operation.
  • Familiarity with logistics and warehousing operational processes, especially e-commerce collection operational modes.
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Strong learning ability and stress resistance.
  • Ability to communicate in English or Mandarin.
