Job Summary

We are seeking a seasoned Accounting Professional to join our team. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of our financial reporting.

Your primary objective will be to provide accurate, timely financial reporting that supports sound business decisions while ensuring compliance and optimizing cash flow visibility. You will work closely with leadership and departmental teams to analyze financial impact, support strategic initiatives, and drive company growth.

The successful candidate will have exceptional attention to detail, a deep understanding of accounting principles, tax regulations, and audit standards, as well as advanced analytical skills to interpret financial data and identify trends.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage invoicing, collections, and vendor payments to maintain strong cash flow and ensure all transactions are reconciled accurately and on time.
  • Reconcile inventory balances regularly and collaborate with the operations team to streamline inventory processes. Provide SKU-level profitability insights to guide decision-making.
  • Analyze operational expenses monthly to identify and execute cost-saving opportunities without compromising quality. Work closely with department heads to optimize spending and improve EBITDA.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA preferred).
  • 5+ years in accounting with 2+ years in a leadership role.
  • Proven track record in process improvement and cost savings.
