Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled IT Asset Administrator to join our team. As an IT Asset Administrator, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate records and managing inventory across hardware and software assets.

You will also coordinate with couriers and vendors for asset deliveries, warranties, and disposal. Additionally, you will support audits by aligning asset data with financial and regulatory requirements.

In this role, your mission is to keep every device and software tracked and ready so the whole team can work without disruption. You will make a direct impact by:

  • Maintaining accurate records and managing inventory across hardware and software assets.
  • Coordinating with couriers and vendors for asset deliveries, warranties, and disposal.
  • Supporting audits by aligning asset data with financial and regulatory requirements.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Troubleshoot technical issues and support users with service requests.
  • Manage the lifecycle of critical technology and equipment.

The Ideal Candidate:

  • Has 2–5 years of experience managing IT assets throughout their lifecycle.
  • Has strong background in asset tracking, inventory control, and logistics coordination.
  • Has experience in fast-paced, cross-functional environments.
