Social Media Campaign Manager Job Description

Our team is looking for a skilled Social Media Campaign Manager to lead paid social campaigns from start to finish across major platforms. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for managing campaign trafficking, quality control, campaign launch, reporting, and analysis.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Manage paid social campaigns to completion on platforms like Meta, TikTok, Pinterest, Snapchat, etc.
  • Analyze performance drivers and optimize channel ROI using data-driven insights.
  • Oversee all campaign traffic, quality control, campaign launch, reporting, and analysis.
  • Optimize campaign performance towards activation, retention, and reactivation goals.
  • Analyze & report on campaign KPIs to stakeholders.
  • Partner with the Paid Social team.
  • Work with project management tools to ensure deadlines are met.
  • Design, implement, and analyze experiments across paid social channels.

Requirements:

  • Track record of efficient growth through understanding of paid social and performance marketing metrics (CPM, engagement rate, CPA, CPC & LTV).
  • Experience running large growth campaigns on paid social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, TikTok, and Snapchat.
  • Strong communication and presenting skills with an eye for creative performance.
  • Strong quantitative & analytical skills; able to use data to optimize day-to-day performance.
  • Curious and not just knowing what is happening but understanding why it is happening.
  • Obsessed with growth and building things while not being afraid to get hands dirty.
  • Familiar with fast-paced, demanding, and analytical startup environment.
  • Positive mindset towards challenges and new opportunities and natural hustler with contagious can-do attitude.
  • Bachelor's degree with strong academic record and/or proven relevant experience in performance marketing or highly commercial role.
  • 1-3 years of experience directly managing paid social campaigns on client side (preferred) or at performance marketing agency.
  • Proficient at Excel for performance analysis (pivot tables, formula building, etc).
  • Knowledge of Facebook bidding, targeting, optimization, as well as web & app tracking setup and troubleshooting.
  • Experience working with performance marketing metrics and platform reporting.
  • Strong analytical ability and problem-solving skills. Able to use data to optimize day-to-day performance.
  • Strong organizational skills and project management ability.
