Job Title: Social Media Ads Specialist

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Facebook ads specialist to drive brand awareness, engagement, and conversions through planning, implementing, and optimizing Facebook advertising campaigns.

This role requires in-depth knowledge of Facebook's advertising platform, audience targeting strategies, and campaign optimization techniques. Ideal candidates have a proven track record of successful Facebook ad campaigns and strong analytical skills.

The ideal candidate will be innovative and creative with great web design skills and unique ideas to strengthen our marketing positions. Key responsibilities include developing and executing comprehensive Facebook advertising strategies, conducting thorough audience research, creating and optimizing ad campaigns, monitoring ad performance, and providing regular reports to stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive Facebook advertising strategies to achieve marketing objectives and key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Conduct thorough audience research and develop targeted audience segments for ad campaigns.
  • Create and optimize Facebook ad campaigns, including ad copy, visuals, targeting, and bidding strategies.
  • Monitor ad performance, analyze key metrics, and provide regular reports to stakeholders.
  • Continuously optimize campaigns based on performance data, implementing A/B testing and other tactics to improve results.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in a similar role within an agency specifically in Facebook ads, LinkedIn ads, and/or working in a paid social role.
  • Strong understanding and passion for social media advertising.
  • Adept at using Facebook Business Manager and proficient in the use of Facebook Ads Manager to implement, optimize, and analyze campaigns.
  • Able to build diverse audiences within Facebook Ads and aware of the Facebook pixel and its application.
  • Excellent communication skills for team interaction and reporting.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, effectively managing multiple projects and priorities.
