Healthcare Medical Coder

We are seeking a skilled medical coding professional to join our team. As a professional coder, you will be responsible for assigning accurate medical codes from documentation and ensuring compliance with coding guidelines, payer policies, and government regulations.
This role requires a strong understanding of medical coding principles, computer skills, organization, thoroughness, and a high level of integrity. You must possess AHIMA or AAPC coding credentials (CPC, CCS) and have at least 2 years of experience in multispecialty environments, including Evaluation and Management (E/M) coding.
Key Responsibilities:- Assign medical codes from documentation accurately and efficiently.
- Conduct quality reviews and analyses of medical documentation to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of coding guidelines, payer policies, and government regulations.
You will work independently in a remote setup, requiring excellent communication and organizational skills. This is a mid-senior level, full-time position in the healthcare industry.
