Job Description

The Marketing Assistant will play a crucial role in managing sponsorships, marketing activities, and events to enhance our brand's presence in the market.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Sponsorship Management
  • Coordinate sponsorships for athletes, teams, training camps, tournaments, and events.
  • Draft and manage sponsorship agreements and ensure fulfillment of deliverables.
  • Oversee product sponsorship logistics, including stock checking and delivery coordination.
Event Management
  • Coordinate brand activations and marketing efforts at events and tournaments.
  • Manage the production, distribution, and storage of marketing collaterals.
  • Work with suppliers for the printing and installation of banners and promotional materials.
Retail Marketing
  • Collaborate with mall marketing teams to maximize store promotions.
  • Secure free and paid marketing placements in malls and retail spaces.
  • Ensure compliance with mall marketing guidelines.
Reporting and Inventory Management
  • Maintain sponsorship reports, including contracts and stock liquidation records.
  • Track and document sponsorship inventory and ensure proper record-keeping.
Administrative Support
  • Assist the Marketing Manager in marketing initiatives and promotional campaigns.
  • Handle fund requests, reimbursements, and expense tracking for marketing activities.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • Minimum 1-year experience in marketing, event coordination, or sponsorship management.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
