About the Role:
In this key position, you will contribute to the success of Johnson & Johnson's finance organization by providing expert accounting and analytical skills. As a Fixed Asset Accountant I, you will be responsible for the accurate accounting of newly acquired assets and tracking existing assets. This includes physical count activities, recording depreciation, fixed assets disposals, and transfers in accordance with US GAAP and J&J Company policies and procedures.

**Key Responsibilities:**
- Accurately account for newly acquired assets and track existing assets
- Perform physical count activities and record depreciation, fixed assets disposals, and transfers
- Prepare aging reports for instruments and provide root-cause analysis to leadership teams on risks and compliance exposures
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and execute automation projects that drive business process improvement

**Required Skills and Qualifications:**
Experience in analytics/automation tools such as UIPath, Alteryx, PowerBI, PowerApps, PowerAutomate, Microsoft VBA, experience with Project Management, and knowledge/experience in General or Fixed Asset accounting are essential. Proficiency in SAP and similar Business ERPs is also required.
