Role Overview

Sales Executive (Bancassurance/Banking/Finance) is an onsite, full-time position. The role involves delivering customized financial advice to clients, focusing on insurance and investment solutions.

The ideal candidate will be dynamic, goal-oriented, and able to identify client needs, recommend suitable financial products, and assist them in achieving their financial objectives.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop strong relationships with bank personnel to drive referrals and generate leads.
  • Conduct comprehensive financial needs assessments and recommend insurance or investment solutions.
  • Offer personalized consultations to walk-in clients and bank customers on protection and wealth-building options.
  • Educate clients on savings, insurance, and investment-linked products tailored to their goals.
  • Ensure a smooth sales process, from consultation to policy issuance and post-sale servicing.
  • Manage and expand the client base through consistent after-sales engagement and follow-ups.
  • Achieve monthly sales goals and performance metrics.
  • Adhere to regulatory and company policies, ensuring accurate documentation at all times.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelors degree holder, preferably in Business, Finance, Marketing, or related fields.
  • At least 6 months to 1 year of experience in financial services, sales, banking, or insurance.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
  • Results-oriented and motivated by a passion for helping people with their financial well-being.
  • Willing to be deployed to a branch location.
  • Possessing a financial advisor or insurance license is advantageous.
