Job Title: Social Media Content SpecialistWe are seeking a skilled Social Media Content Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing our social media content, ensuring accurate tagging and responding to FAQs across our primary channels.Key Responsibilities:
  • Content Management: Tag and categorize social media posts accurately to enhance discoverability and analytics.
  • Engagement: Monitor our social media channels for engagement opportunities and respond to FAQs promptly and appropriately.
  • Quality Assurance: Ensure that all tagged content adheres to best practices to prevent misclassification that could skew performance metrics.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team to align content strategies and ensure a cohesive brand voice across platforms.
  • Analytics: Assist in analyzing social media performance metrics and provide insights to improve engagement and content strategy.
Requirements:
  • Experience: Proven experience in social media management or operations.
  • Platform Knowledge: Strong understanding of social media platforms, particularly LinkedIn, Facebook, and Instagram.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Analytical Skills: Detail-oriented with a strong analytical mindset.
  • Teamwork: Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
  • Tools: Familiarity with social media analytics tools is a plus.
