Job Title: Pricing Associate TempPricing Associate Temp is a crucial role within the Sales Support team, focused on ensuring that all requests for price exceptions and sales support concerns are handled efficiently.The successful candidate will report to the Commercial Manager: Sales Support and be responsible for delivering high-quality service to maintain commercial performance outstanding.Key Responsibilities:
  • Monitor mailboxes and complete price exceptions requests and other sales support concerns within defined processes and Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
  • Evaluate exceptions as needed in coordination with the Commercial Manager and higher management.
  • Use the CRM system to send contracts to potential customers for approved price exceptions.
  • Communicate with salespeople to clarify data inputs and confirm decisions.
  • Coordinate feedback from centre teams to gain an understanding of local market conditions for consideration.
  • Understand key processes and systems, as well as business expectations.
  • Able to support a 24/6 operation and be flexible to change shifts as needed.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business or Finance or related qualification.
  • 2-3 years' experience as a contract, data, or commercial administrator.
  • Flexible to Fixed-term Employment - 3 Months.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Able to prioritize, work well under pressure, and meet deadlines.
  • Flexible, multitask, and show initiative.
  • Strong and independent team player.
  • Professional English speaking and writing skills.
  • Familiarity with MS Office suite (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Intermediate MS Excel skills.
  • Familiarity with Contract software and/or CRM systems.
