Job Overview

We're seeking a dedicated Enablement Coordinator to play a key role in developing and maintaining high-quality training resources, knowledge bases, and internal processes.

This position involves creating engaging enablement materials, assisting with content operations, training, and content audits, while providing valuable hands-on experience in enablement.

Key Responsibilities
  • Create a comprehensive Knowledge Base including SOPs, macros, logic flows, help articles, and bot documentation
  • Design and implement Notion and internal intake systems for clarity and version control
  • Develop 'knowledge checks', short quizzes to assess understanding after key product launches or process updates
  • Establish a quality review process for new content before publishing
  • Define V1 of automation and deflection workflows, such as chat bot responses and auto-resolution content
  • Produce training materials and internal documentation related to the project
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Background in writing, documentation, training, or content creation
  • Experience with knowledge systems, CMS, or documentation tools (Notion preferred)
  • Understanding of job description drafting and onboarding processes
  • Strong written English and attention to detail
  • Comfortable with tools like Google Suite, Notion, Canva
  • Quick learner, proactive, and collaborative
  • Organized and capable of managing task follow-ups
  • Interested in support operations, content workflows, training, and quality systems
Benefits
  • This is a part-time contract role for 6–12 months, with a commitment of ~40 hours/week

The contract may be extended based on performance.
