J-K Network Services seeks a dedicated Company Records Coordinator to join our team. This role plays a critical part in maintaining the organization and efficiency of our administrative functions.

J-K Network Services is a leading construction and engineering firm founded in 1994. We serve clients from various sectors including steelmaking, environmental energy plants, new town development, and high-rise building construction.

Job Overview

We offer a competitive salary range of PHP18,000-20,000 per month. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing daily administrative tasks, maintaining accurate records and files, and verifying supporting materials before submission.

We require a Bachelor's degree holder with at least 6 months to 1 year of experience in administration. The ideal candidate should be proficient in processing government-related documents and legal documents, amenable to face-to-face interviews, and able to start immediately.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintaining accurate records and files (electronic and hard copy).
  • Managing daily administrative tasks and maintaining updated records and files.
  • Verifying accuracy of supporting materials before submitting them to relevant teams.
  • Managing entire process of tasks associated with invoices.
  • Preserving invoice-related documentation.
  • Updating list of available materials and supplies, requesting required supplies.
  • Performing clerical and administrative tasks with competence and responsibility.
